CNA approved, during its session, the new structure of shareholders at Realitatea Media, company that operates Realitatea TV’s licence.

Bluelink Comunicazione (Cyprus) Limited is no longer a Realitatea Media’s shareholder and was replaced by Strategies Research Investments SRL, with 86,5% of the shares. Strategies Research Investments is owned equally by Cozmin Gusa and Maricel Pacuraru. Liviu Luca is also out from Realitatea Media’s shareholders, being replaced by Florin Bercea, the special administrator of the company.

The other shareholders of Realitatea Media SA are National Syndicate “Petrom-Energie” (5,423391979%), PSV Company SA (7,555789039%), SC Global Video Media SRL (0,507001207%), Florin Bercea (0,000000139%), Eugen Gheorghe Luha (0,000000139%) and Gheorghe Cristian Toroipan (0,000000139%)
