Media Advertising & Sales, that owns the license for Money.ro TV, informed CNA on its new structure of shareholders. The novelty is that Util Construct took over 20% of TV’s shares. Util Construct is owned by Liviu Niţescu, according to CNA representatives.
Recently, Alexandru Sassu was appointed general manager of the TV.
