The instance judged the demand submitted on January 23rd by the lawyers from Fenechiu-Savu and Associates, that represent Ocram Televiziune (OTV owner).
Channel’s lawyers also submitted a demand on temporary suspension for CNA’s decision, until its annulment will become irrevocable. The demand was rejected by the instance on January 31 st.
