Supreme Council of Magistrates complained to CNA for more editions of the shows “Sinteza zilei”, “Esential”, “La ordinea zilei”, “Panorama”, ”100 de minute”, “Subiectiv” and “Exces de putere”, broadcasted in January and that attacked magistrates.
In 7 shows from Antena 3, the discussions were centered on 3 main subjects: revoking CSM members, CSM elections and judicial errors.
The channel was fined for not informing objectively its public, for not respecting the right to image and because allegations made during those shows weren’t supported with proves.
