Romanian Postal Services sue the owner of Puterea newspaper

Adrian Thiess, that owns Puterea newspaper, is sued by Romanian Post, according to a lawsuit registered at Bucharest Court House, DailyBusiness.ro writes.

Posta Romana made, in 2005, a contract with Interactive Media, that was managed by Thiess; meanwhile, that company entered insolvency and was closed, reason why Romanian Postal Services couldn’t recuperate a debt that was of RON 43,000 in 2008, including penalities. In order to recover the debt, the state company decided to start an action against company’s administraytor.
