EC approved the transaction between Pro TV’s owner company and Time Warner

European Commission approved the buy of Central European Media Enterprises (owner of Romanian Pro TV), by the media giant Time Warner, according to EC’s website.

An investigation made by the Commission showed that the transaction won’t have negative effects, as the activities of the 2 companies are complementary and not in direct competition.
