The law project to approve Government’s Emergency Ordinance 25/2013 to modify and complete the Audiovisual Law 504/2002 will be subject of hearings in Romanian Senate, according to institution’s program, DailyBusiness.ro wrote.
“The law project aims to introduce new regulations such as the request for the pricess offered by third parties to clients that want to buy spaces to be confirmed, mandatory and previously, with broadcasters, and the object of the acquisition to be paid directly by the beneficiary of the TV advertising”, the reasoning reads.
