Etno TV was fined by CNA with RON 10.000 for a show centered on health during which a naturist product was promoted.

CNA applied a similar fine, RON 10000, to Taraf TV, for a series of teleshopping shows where 2 supplements were promoted. The TV was fined for deceiving advertising.

Nasul TV was fined for promoting naturist products during a specialized show; the channel was also fined for hidden promotion for Dacia Plant.
