TV station Look TV, owned by Arpad Paszkany, has a new main shareholder, according to a notification submitted to CNA. The main shareholder is now Gecse Francisc, that has 94,4% of the shares.
Vasile Dancu, that owns 20% of Transilvania Live shares, exited the shareholdership, according to CNA data.
