Romanian Professional Football League (LPF) will cash in, on June 10th, the 1st rate – half of Euro 27.5M – of the money Intel Sky Broadcast obliged to pay for 2014-2015 season, according to a contract signed on March 4th, Mediafax writes.
When it comes of TV and cable companies that want to broadcast the games in League 1, they will have to pay Euro 1 / subscriber.
LPF announced, on March 4th, signing a 5-years agreement with Maltese Intel Sky Broadcast regarding the commercialization of TV rights for broadcasting games in League 1. According to the contract, LPF will receive from Intel Sky, every year, Euro 27,5M per season.
