Romanian musician Stefan Banica won the process with Cancan tabloid, with the instance deciding to make the publication pay Euro 35,000 damages for publishing articles in which it was suggested Banica was father to a certain Adriana Nicolae child.
Court’s decision is not yet final and can be still appealed.
